Oticon Amigo R7 Receiver

The Amigo R7 is a dedicated receiver for the SUMO hearing aid family. The receiver offers the same functionality as the R2. The Oticon Amigo R7 can only be used with the Oticon Sumo family of hearing instruments. Amigo receivers work with other manufacturers’ transmitters. Just check that they are on the same channel. It is only the T20/T21 or WRP that can be used to wirelessly synchronize Amigo receivers. If the transmitter does not take advantage of Pre-Emphasis, the De-Emphasis can be disabled by a T20, T21, WRP.

The R7 offers a wide range of features that make the set up and use of FM systems extremely easy:

• The R7 can be synchronized and fitted wirelessly by a T20/T21/WRP
• LED that acts as status indicator
• Channel seek/toggle button that enables the user to change channels
• Multi-channel. Each receiver contains a pre-defi ned list of channels. This list can be customized with the Amigo T20, T21 or the WRP
• Sleep mode. The receiver will go into sleep mode if no FM signal has been present for 60 seconds
• The receiver will wake up and look for an FM carrier every 10 seconds
