Shipping Information:

Orders are to be prepaid by paypal, money order, debit, credit (Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Shipments are sent by UPS, FEDEX and USPS to all 50 states. Shipments by UPS will be calculated by UPS real time rates.

If you select a shipping option that is not available in your area, shipping charges will be added to your order later.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii, double regular charges. International orders, please contact us for pricing and availability. Our standard shipping method is FEDEX Ground. Expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on a weekend day or holiday may ship out the following day.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You may return your product(s) within thirty days if it does not satisfy your hearing needs. However, batteries, hearing aid accessories and special offers are not returnable. Credits and refunds are issued for the amount of the merchandise, handling and shipping fees are non refundable. In order to receive full refunds all items must be returned in the original package with instructions and warranties.
