Orders are to be prepaid by paypal, money order, debit, credit (Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Shipments are sent by UPS, FEDEX and USPS to all 50 states. Shipments by UPS will be calculated by UPS real time rates.

If you select a shipping option that is not available in your area, shipping charges will be added to your order later.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii, double regular charges. International orders, please contact us for pricing and availability. Our standard shipping method is FEDEX Ground. Expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on a weekend day or holiday may ship out the following day.


RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.THIS DOES INCLUDE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED BY PROVIDER OR MERCHANT. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS NEEDED FOR ITEMS TO BE RETURNED. E-MAIL OR CONTACT US 1-800-216-8775. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.

PLEASE NOTICE: ONCE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS ISSUED, ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY.

ALL RETURNS FOR CREDIT MUST BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION TO OUR 15-DAY POLICY. The sender is responsible for the shipping charges. In case of defective or wrong merchandise, a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the defective item. International customers must pay for shipping both ways if a replacement is needed.

If for any reason, you wish to return a product, returns can only be accepted if the item is (1) in "like new" condition and without any signs of change or modification from its original state, (2) returned with all of its contents and packaging placed into an outer carton to preserve the condition of the original box, (3) all instructions, warranties, and any accessories that come with the item are enclosed, and (4) a copy of the return form (if available) must be included.

We reserve the right to refuse the item(s) or charge a penalty if any of the above is missing. Please notice that all items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Because of health department regulations, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used on the body. Opened computer software and hearing aid batteries are non returnable. Once installed, wired smoke detectors from Gentex cannot be returned.
