ID Marks: GN Resound, DAI80 Contacts: 4 finger contacts Color: translucent Comment: The DGNR6D80 shoe has two small black external 'wings' - one on each side of the shoe. It is important that you do not touch these when attaching the shoe as it will prevent the shoe from fitting onto the aid. The 'wings', along with the base of the shoe must be free to move as the aid is attached. Having attached the shoe to the aid, you will be able to access the volume control through a hold in the shoe.
